Validation Engineer

Binnen ons multidisciplinaire team van engineers (13 personen) zijn wij op zoek naar (bij voorkeur) fulltime versterking. Als Validation Engineer met affiniteit voor Good Manufactiring Practices (GMP), reageer jij op een afwisselende technische functie met eigen verantwoordelijkheden binnen ons (farmaceutisch) bedrijf op Pivot Park. Je gaat nauw samenwerken met de Validation Manager en Validation Engineers om de (periodieke) kwalificaties van systemen onder de knie te krijgen en op den duur zal je steeds meer taken zelfstandig op gaan pakken. Dit alles binnen een enthousiast team.

Functieomschrijving

  • Medeverantwoordelijk voor het beschikbaar houden en stellen van gekwalificeerde apparatuur
  • Medeverantwoordelijk voor de optimalisatie van productieprocessen en apparatuur
  • Archivering van alle kwalificatie en technische documentatie conform geldende GMP-regelgeving (met name Eudralex Annex 1 en Annex 15)
  • Het opstellen van protocollen en instructies in overleg met de Validation Manager, QA en de Manager Engineering
  • Het actief bijhouden van technische ontwikkelingen en kennis
  • Rapporteert aan de Validation Manager

Wij zoeken iemand met

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau en een technische achtergrond
  • Minimaal een jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Kennis van GMP en ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie
  • Kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewustzijn
  • Innovatief vermogen/gedrevenheid om te verbeteren
  • Gevoel voor samenwerking
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Een VOG (aanvraag maakt onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure)
