Juridisch medewerker/advocaat Data en AI, IT- en Privacyrecht

 

Wie zijn wij?

BG.legal is een full service advocatenkantoor met 22 advocaten en juristen. Technologie is één van de sectoren waar wij ons op richten. Niet alleen omdat wij de mogelijkheden van nieuwe technologie boeiend vinden, maar ook omdat wij werken voor cliënten die software ontwikkelen en verkopen. En voor cliënten die met data/Artificial Intelligence/blockchain aan de slag zijn of juist aan de slag willen. Aan ons dan de vraag om de juridische aspecten daarvan te begeleiden. Niet door drempels en belemmeringen te zien, maar juist om kansen te zien en het mogelijk te maken die kansen te grijpen.

 

Waar zitten wij?

Ons hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in het centrum van ’s-Hertogenbosch. Daarnaast zijn we gevestigd op de Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven en houden we kantoor in Tilburg.

 

AI kennisplatform

Wij ontwikkelen een AI kennisplatform ‘Legal Air’. Via dit kennisplatform kunnen bedrijven en instellingen, op een laagdrempelige manier, informatie over juridisch/ethische aspecten van AI/data vinden. Zie het als een soort ‘legal guide to AI’.

 

Jouw profiel

Je hebt de masteropleiding Recht & Technologie (of vergelijkbaar) gevolgd en hebt:

  • kennis van en affiniteit met Privacy en IT-recht;
  • aantoonbare affiniteit met software en IT, data en AI;
  • uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • een sterk analytisch vermogen en je bent proactief, leergierig en sociaal.

Ons aanbod

Je gaat aan de slag binnen de sectie IT & Privacy en bent afwisselend werkzaam op ons kantoor te ’s-Hertogenbosch of Eindhoven. Je werkt samen en zelfstandig aan zaken op het gebied van IT, Data en AI en Privacy. Dit varieert van adviseren, contracteren en onderhandelen tot procederen over bijvoorbeeld (internationale) IT-contracten, toepassingen van AI, het delen of de eigendom van data,  privacy gerelateerde vraagstukken (datalekken, verwerkersovereenkomsten, compliance vraagstukken).

We bieden je:

  • een uitdagende functie als juridisch medewerker (full-time) binnen onze sectie IE, IT & Privacy.
  • de mogelijkheid om de praktijk uit te bouwen op het terrein van AI en Data, IT- en Privacyrecht.
  • de mogelijkheid om je bij gebleken geschiktheid verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien als advocaat
