Vacancy – Commercial Director

RiboPro is hiring a Commercial director to lead our growing sales team to 10x sales and even better customer satisfaction.

RiboPro is a service provider, serving academic and industrial customers with custom-made (m)RNA-products and advice. mRNA is an emerging technology, that has recently proven itself in the context of (Corona)vaccination. In addition, mRNA has the potential to solve some of the greatest societal challenges related to medicine, sustainable food-production and the environment. RiboPro provides customers with high-quality, innovative mRNA products to address and solve these challenges. Your role

We are looking for a success-oriented and highly motivated individual with several years of life science sales and/or life science business development experience, who enjoys making a worldwide impact with an exciting new technology. Entering a growing organization, you will be hands-on involved in acquisition and sales and simultaneously build and lead the marketing and sales team. Having a sense for customer needs you will identify, qualify and nurture leads and transform them into new business opportunities. You will build relationships and take responsibility for developing new accounts.

Do you have experience in sales and/or business development within academic and/or industrial life science? Then we are looking for you. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following competences:
• You are hands on but capable of operating on a C-level within the organization.
• You like to think in solutions and value customer satisfaction
• You are result-driven
• You can play an active role in the implementation and maintenance of our CRM system
• You are a strong communicator and are able to lead a small team
• You are stress-resistant in busy periods.
• (Life science) Marketing & sales are your specialty.
