Position Overview

To drive our growth and market penetration, Sublin Therapeutics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Developer. This role is a key position within our team and offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry to leverage their expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to identify potential customers, drive revenue growth and market share.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Engage with potential customers, presenting Sublin Therapeutics’ technology in a compelling and convincing manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business.

Presentations and Communication:

  • Create impressive and persuasive presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Sublin Therapeutics’ technology.
  • Develop marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.

Networking:

  • Represent Sublin Therapeutics at industry conferences, events, and meetings to expand the company’s network.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Subin’s CEO and internal teams, including R&D, operations, and marketing, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

 

Requirements

To excel in the role of Senior Business Developer at Sublin Therapeutics, you bring:

  • A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including an understanding of industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitor activities.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Dutch.

  • Initially a 6-month contract for 16 hours per week, with the possibility to extend.
