We are looking for a new colleague to join our team at our Oss facility located at the rapidly growing biopharmaceutical campus Pivot Park.  We are an experienced service provider for antibody discovery and development specialized in generating monoclonal antibodies against diverse and difficult antigens for R&D, diagnostic, and therapeutic applications leveraging proprietary procedures. In addition to generating antibodies, AVS Bio Netherlands offers comprehensive antibody development and optimization procedures for use in the final application.

Opportunity: Office Manager (16-24 hours)

Your role

As Office Manager at our site in Oss, you will have a varied range of tasks. You are good at structuring, arranging and organizing, and you thrive on variety.

Your tasks will be in the areas of purchasing, facilities, contract management, health and safety, and (HR) administration. You know what is going on within the organization and beyond.

A summary of your core responsibilities

  • Organizing meetings and providing support
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Applying for permits and organizing inventory counts
  • Taking care of all the shipments
  • Concluding contracts with equipment & maintenance suppliers and providing support for IT tasks
  • Providing support during employee onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Performing occupational health and safety tasks in the field of safety and workplace design

What do you bring?

  • You have at least HBO education level
  • Relevant work experience. Experience in a laboratory environment is a big advantage
  • You are communicative, accurate and energetic.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
