Quality Operations Specialist

Als Quality Operations Specialist draag jij bij aan het waarborgen van de kwaliteit binnen onze productieprocessen. Je beoordeelt batchdocumentatie, change controls, CAPA’s, en zorgt ervoor dat alle productieactiviteiten voldoen aan de geldende GMP-richtlijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie-, technische en kwaliteitsafdelingen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsvraagstukken op de werkvloer én op projectniveau. Met jouw kritische blik, pragmatische instelling en diepgaande GMP‑kennis draag je direct bij aan veilige en betrouwbare geneesmiddelen voor patiënten wereldwijd.

Wat jij gaat doen

Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring pak je taken op zoals:

  • Beoordelen en goedkeuren van batch records en opstellen van kwaliteitsgerelateerde documenten zoals CoA’s, CoC’s, deviation summaries en TSE/BSE-certificaten
  • Reviewen van deviaties, CAPA’s, Change Controls en andere kwaliteitsprocessen
  • Adviseren van productie- en technische teams over kwaliteitskwesties op o.a. de werkvloer (Quality on the shop floor)
  • Opstellen en reviewen van Product Quality Reviews (PQR’s)
  • Uitvoeren van audits en ondersteunen bij klant-audits
  • Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en initiëren van optimalisaties binnen het QMS
  • Waarborgen van de integriteit van gegevens volgens het ALCOA+ principe


Wij vragen

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting (bio)chemie of farmacie
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring binnen een GMP-omgeving
  • Ervaring met batch record review
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, CAPA’s, deviatie’s en audits
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (GMP)
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
