Alles goed regelen, to the point zijn, de inhoud induiken en goed communiceren zijn de vaste ingrediënten. Als alles goed gaat is dit een heerlijke taak, maar juist bij een crisis moet dit ook op rolletjes lopen. Dit herken jij als geen ander en weet jij in goede banen te leiden.

Als proces- en projectmanager bij VKZ ben jij adviseur bij diverse projecten voor onze opdrachtgevers binnen de gehele vastgoedsector (o.a. beleggers, overheden, ontwikkelaars, woningcorporaties & zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen).

Wat ga je doen?

  • Begeleiden en adviseren van opdrachtgevers op proces- en projectniveau.
  • Aansturen interne en externe projecten en projectteams.
  • (Financieel) aansturen en beheersen van projecten.
  • Opstellen van planningen, fasedocumenten, Plannen van Aanpak, Programma’s van Eisen, adviezen, strategische huisvestingsplannen, beleidsvisies en ruimtelijke onderbouwingen.
  • Onderbouwen van strategische, bestuurlijke en beleidsmatige adviezen, inclusief het opstellen van advies¬rapportages.
  • Leggen en onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers.
  • Bijdragen aan kennis- en productontwikkeling (in- en extern).


Wie ben je?

  • Een natuurlijke teamspeler en in staat een team te motiveren, inspireren en begeleiden.
  • Goed analytisch vermogen i.c.m. pragmatisme.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Drive om het verschil te maken. Jij gaat door waar anderen stoppen.
  • Creatief en ondernemend.
  • Gevoel voor humor.
  • Daarnaast heb je een afgeronde hbo of academische opleiding (Economie, Econometrie, Finance, Business Administration, Bouwkunde, Bestuurskunde, Vastgoedkunde, Economische Geografie).

Wij zijn een middelgroot adviesbureau (circa 30 medewerkers) gevestigd in Amersfoort en gericht op het management en de economie van gebieds- en vastgoedontwikkelingsprojecten. Wij bieden jou:
