Aspen Oss and Pivot Park ready to start the construction of the fit-out of the Panther building
Pivot Park and Aspen Oss have taken another major step forward in the development of the Panther building at Pivot Park. With the construction agreement with Dura Vermeer now officially signed, works on the campus are expected to start on 15 June 2026.
The project reflects a strong partnership between Aspen Oss, Pivot Park, contractors and consultants, and marks an important next step towards the realisation of a new state-of-the-art facility on the Pivot Park campus. “This project with Aspen Oss marks another important step in the growth of our science park. The Panther building will further strengthen the position of Pivot Park and Oss as a leading hub for life sciences and biopharmaceutical innovation” says Brigitte Drees (CEO Pivot Park).
“The new Panther building will allow Aspen Oss to bring together laboratory activities that are currently spread across several buildings in Oss. It will provide modern facilities for both laboratory and office functions, fully aligned with our ambitions for the future. The building is designed to meet the highest standards for safety, sustainability and energy efficiency, while also strengthening our attractiveness as a partner for customers and for both current and future talent,” says Marcel Broecks, Managing Director of Aspen Oss.
Over the past months, intensive collaboration between Aspen’s future users, the Pivot Project Lead, lab furniture supplier Waldner, Dura Vermeer, CBRE, VKZ B.V. and other contractors and consultants have led to the detailed design of every aspect of the building: the technical design of the fit out of the Panther Building (RZ). All elements have been integrated into an advanced 3D model, currently being finalised and reviewed. Alongside the technical preparations, the contractual and financial agreements have also been completed. The technical design is the basis of the contract with Dura Vermeer.
The building is scheduled for final handover on 2 July 2027, in line with the agreements with Aspen Oss. This milestone marks the official start of the realisation of the Panther building and underlines the shared ambition of Aspen Oss and Pivot Park to invest in a future-ready innovation environment in Oss.
