Allround Warehouse Operator (GMP/GDP)

Heb jij een proactieve, servicegerichte aanpak, een scherp oog voor detail én een sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen een gereguleerd farmaceutisch warehouse? Werk je graag volgens strikte GMP- en GDP-richtlijnen en heb je plezier in samenwerking met diverse afdelingen zoals Quality en Productie? Dan is deze functie écht iets voor jou!

Wat jij gaat doen

• Opslag en distributie: ontvangen, opslaan en uitgeven van producten conform GMP/GDP
• Precisiewegen: uitvoeren van zeer nauwkeurige weegwerkzaamheden in GMP-gebied. Het vrijgeven van materialen en producten gebeurt altijd in samenspraak met de afdeling Quality
• Samples nemen: je neemt monsters van grond- en hulpstoffen en stemt de verwerking hiervan af met de afdeling Quality
• Samenwerking met productie: zorgen voor tijdige en correcte beschikbaarheid van materialen en grondstoffen, met voortdurende afstemming met productieplanning
• Administratie: zorgvuldig registreren en verwerken van alle werkzaamheden in het Warehouse Management Systeem (WMS) en bijbehorende GMP-documentatie
• Voorraadbeheer: controleren, beheren en aanvullen van voorraden voor de productieafdeling volgens de kwaliteitsnormen
• Transport: veilig vervoeren van materialen en producten naar de juiste afdelingen binnen de organisatie, en voorbereiden en verzorgen van transport naar klanten conform GDP-richtlijnen

Wij vragen

• MBO werk- en denkniveau met logistieke en/of farmaceutische kennis
• Kennis van GMP en GDP is een sterke pré
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en precies
• Sterk in samenwerking met andere afdelingen
• Servicegericht, proactief en zelfstandig
• Flexibel, stressbestendig en in staat om feedback goed te vertalen naar je werk
• Goede beheersing van Excel en Word, en van de Nederlandse & Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
• Een VOG-aanvraag maakt onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure
