Lydia van der Meulen and Jaap den Hartog both bring long end-to-end experience in executive search. drawing on an extensive track record gained in senior-level assignments across a broad range of leadership roles in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, and Biotechnology sectors, as well as in Animal Health. Always committed to delivering and supporting the client in finding and recruiting leadership talent, either locally in NL or internationals, Lydia and Jaap have been working for start-ups, mid-sized organisations and multinationals; publicly listed, privately held, and PE/VC-backed scale-ups.

Lydia van der Meulen studied International Management and Marketing. With a background in private banking and strategy consulting, she has completed numerous searches for C-level executive and management team for General Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering as well as searches for Clinical, R&D leadership positions.

Jaap den Hartog holds an MSc in clinical and biochemistry from Utrecht University and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus. Over the course of his career, Mr. Den Hartog has completed numerous cross-border C-level, executive and management team assignments in Pharmacovigilance, Biostatistics, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Production, and Quality Affairs for both biotech start-ups as well as medium and large corporations. Additionally, as an executive coach, Jaap has supported many young entrepreneurs in launching their start-ups. Before entering Executive Search, he held several commercial and general management positions in the Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Instrument industries.
