RIBOPRO is looking for a new colleague for the responsible role as Financial Controller PT/FT (32-40 hours/wk). In this role, you manage and control the financial information provision within our company. You are hands-on involved and responsible for the financial administration and reporting process from start to finish.

Your role

In this dynamic position, you have the responsibility to provide our organization at all times with up-to-date financial information. This includes preparing financial reports and dashboards, monitoring budgets, ensuring correct and timely accounting, and implementing automation and improvements in the area of financial processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and driven person for this central position within our international organization. You can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing of the financial administration.
• Preparation of financial reports, including monthly reports to the Supervisory Board and financial statements.
• Researching, implementing improvements and automating financial processes.
• Monitoring and explaining cost developments.
• Manage day-to-day company accounts (including payments, invoicing and follow-up of banking issues).
• Checking changes in payroll.
• VAT and ICP returns.
• Project administration and invoicing for awarded subsidies.
• Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management.
• Coordinating with the external auditor and advisors on matters such as the annual accounts and tax returns.

You have the following knowledge and experience

• You have HBO working and thinking level and a diploma.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience with accounting work and applications.
• Experience with Exact Online.
• Experience with MS-office and are an expert in the field of Excel.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up is an advantage.
