Moving to another country is a big step and an exciting time for expats. How do you make sure your international newcomers feel at home, meet others, understand their Dutch environment and colleagues better and enjoy their new lives in the Netherlands even more? We regularly receive these questions from the Pivot Park community.
Acerta Pharma developed an expat program for their international employees. They experienced a great added value and wondered if the program could be organised broadly within the Pivot Park community. Therefore, Pivot Park and Acerta Pharma have joined forces and developed a 10 week- program, especially for this target group. During this program, the participants will learn basic Dutch skills, get to understand Dutch customs in business and social situations and identify the haps with their own culture. Next to that, there will be social activities to get to know each other in a fun and informal way. In doing so, we hope to contribute to sustainable relationships between employees and employers.
