Some time ago in November and December 2019, gave a successful employment law presentation to the Pivot Park community about the consequences of the 2020 implementation of the Balanced Employment Market Act. A ‘live’ meeting at Pivot Park, which was also part of a valuable in-person introduction to all those at Pivot Park with a professional interest in employment law.

In the meantime, employment law has not stood still and as a member of the Pivot Park community, we would once again like to share our knowledge of employment law with you. Preferably, if possible, in a ‘live’ presentation, or otherwise through a webinar.

We would therefore like to invite you to attend the presentation ‘Employment law current state of affairs’. This meeting will take place on Tuesday 21 September or on Thursday 23 September from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Pivot Park. The final date will be determined based on the registrations.There is no charge for attending this presentation.

During the presentation mr. Rik Wevers, who specializes in employment law, will provide you with an overview of the current state of affairs in employment law. The usual topics such as dismissal, employee illness, and reorganization will be discussed. In addition to that and if relevant, attention will also be paid to possible changes in employment law as a result of the need to reform the employment market, widely recognized in politics and among the social partners. The relevant themes such as flexible and permanent contracts, temporary employment, and the position of the self-employed, will be reviewed.

Of course, there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

After attending this presentation you will be fully informed about the current state of employment law, the impact on your organization, and what opportunities lie ahead of you from the perspective of employment law.
