Lonza strengthens its antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) offering with the acquisition of Synaffix. The integration of Synaffix’s technology platform and R&D capabilities will enhance Lonza’s bioconjugates services, including payload and site-specific linker technology. The companies will expand their Center of Excellence for bioconjugate technology development, focusing on out-licensing bioconjugate technologies for various applications. The acquisition involves a cash consideration of €100 million and additional performance-based consideration.
