André van de Sande has recently been appointed as ambassador and advisor to the Pivot Park in Oss. Together with the Pivot Park organization, Van de Sande is committed to creating opportunities for further growth of the campus. Activities that are part of the ambassadorship are the further increase of the park’s reputation as a hotspot for pharmaceutical innovation and attracting promising start-ups.

Senior Executive with over 25 years of Life Sciences experience in both mature and emerging markets in Western and Central Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa. Successfully led organizations ranging from 40 to 1400 employees as CEO, Managing Director and Regional Vice President. Extensive change management experience and broad Non Executive and Advisory board experience with a.o. Lloyds Pharmacies and as past chairman of BioFarmind (HollandBio). Currently Chairman of the supervisory boards of I+Solutions (NGO) and MedtechPartners. Ambassador and advisor to Pivot Park and several companies. Recently concluded the second exit of Lifescience Consultancy company Xendo Holding. He now started André van de Sande Consultancy BV which provides Interim Management and Business Coaching support to Lifescience companies. Holds a MBA degree from Tilburg university, The Netherlands and a MSc in Management from Purdue University, USA. Followed also the supervisory board member program of Nyenrode University.
