Since March Lonneke started working at the Pivot Park Site Organisation as financial accountant. “After studying Business Economics at Tilburg University I worked for different organisations as a financial analyst. My previous job was at De Meeuw Oirschot, a modular construction company, where I worked as a project controller. So I made the move from movable property to real estate. What I like most in the field of economics is reporting and analysis, in order to provide information whereon the business can make the right decisions,” tells Lonneke. “Innovations also take place in the financial field, mainly in making processes more efficient and leaner. One of the goals for this year is to implement new ERP software, and thus optimizing the financial processes. As Pivot Park has grown over time, the initial setup is no longer adequate. We will look for a new system that better fulfills our needs. More automation and professionalization in generating financial figures will result in more efficiency: minimizing time spent on operational and manual tasks, resulting in more time for better analyses.”
